1. Who We Are
EasyCapital ("we", "us", "our") is a strategic advisory and executive education company. We train established business owners to build an internal Capital Allocation Office and operate as their own in-house fund manager — or to train and place a key operator in that role. Our programs cover financial packaging, underwriting models, governance standards, deal structuring, and investor outreach.
2. What We Do Not Do
We are not a direct lender, bank, merchant cash advance provider, registered broker-dealer, or registered investment advisor. We do not issue loans, advance money, or fund deals from our own balance sheet. We do not act as a loan broker, finder, or investor matchmaking directory, and we do not charge standard broker success points on third-party loans. We do not solicit securities or broker investment contracts.
3. No Guarantees of Capital Outcomes
All capital outcomes depend entirely on individual client execution, balance sheet strength, and market conditions. Nothing on this website or in our training programs is a promise of funding, approval, or investment. Testimonials and case studies reflect individual results and are not typical or guaranteed outcomes.

5. Client Responsibility

7. Payments and Program Access
Program fees, payment schedules, and refund terms are set out in your individual enrollment agreement. Access to training materials is granted only while your account is in good standing.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EasyCapital is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost profits, lost capital opportunities, or business interruption — arising from the use of our website, training, or advisory services.
